Jesus is a Rabbi, a teacher who trained his first disciples to be just like Him. He left us an example, inviting us to follow Him, but also to follow other disciples who are further along in their training with Rabbi Jesus.

This booklet is a guide for discussions on the Bible to grow in the 6 Traits of a Healthy Disciple. If you meet every other week, each booklet will take you 2 months. At that pace, you can complete the 6 Traits in one year. At the end, each group member will be ready to lead someone else through the 6 Traits. This is how we become disciple-making disciples.

• I want to learn and obey the Word of God
• I want to pass this on to someone else

• Meet regularly to study the Word together
• Spend time together in our daily lives
• Intentionally check in with each other
• Complete the first booklet: Devotion

• KEEP IT SIMPLE! Just meet at one of your houses, no need to spend money.
• Have a physical Bible, your booklet, and a pen so you can write notes.
• Check in with each other throughout the week, not just when you meet up.
• Be consistent. If you miss a meeting, just pick up and do the next one. Remind each other of your meeting times.
• No one needs to be "the leader," just read the booklet together and answer the questions.
• Don't accept easy answers from your groupmates--iron sharpens iron. Push each other to grow.
